“Terrible customer service”

They waited 2 weeks before telling me that half of my order was out of stock even though they had taken the full amount from my bank when I ordered. Cancelled the order when on the day the furniture was due to arrive (3 weeks after ordering), they suddenly cancelled delivery and told me it would be another week before I would receive my item. Their customer service agents are like automated robots and don't answer any questions asked. They deleted my queries from their facebook page and I am still awaiting a refund. Awful awful company.
