I bought an insurance for a Hotpoint fridge freezer. My 18 month old machine went wrong and it took 4 days for an engineer to come out. He was unable to repair the machine. I phoned twice that day as i should receive a replacement and they were unable to talk to me as they were waiting for the engineer report. They then offered a replacement machine which wasnt suitable as you couldnt change the door opening side and reviews said it was noisy and the freezer compartment not practical.It did not have the shelving in the doors and which my machine had. I have had to pay £150 for another model. I have had to pay £20 for delivery, i have to wait another 5 days for delivery from ao.com. if i purchased it myself i can have it here in two days with no delivery charge from ao.com. dont buy a waste of money.
