“no response on phone, email & live chat”

I have recently booked a holiday & I want to discuss it. I have sent 2 emails, tried to call several times no answer or held for over 30 mins & gave up. Live chat.. what a joke that is....
I am seriously thinking I have made a very bad mistake using this Company!!!
