“Mental distress”

I was a happy wife to find some plus size clothes for my husband. But this soon turned into a horrifying experience.
First, the courier company claimed to have delivered my package and signed, when I was not at home.
Second, the company denied all responsibility and were totally negative and complacent about my inquiry. they even spent one whole day just confirming the false report.
third, i was made to run around after each customer care for solution when all they had was a i dont care attitude. and every time i had to repeat my history and issue
fourth, when they finally tracked my package and assured me i would receive it, i am still waiting.
fifth, no action was being taken to the courier company who updated false information.
sixth, when you chat, they just disappear and keep you waiting and typing, hello, is anyone there.

i am terribly angry. all i wanted was to make my husband happy and surprise him.
