I used sage last year for our holiday insurance to Bulgaria, when we were there my husband developed a bad ear we went to the doctor who took our insurance papers and rang saga , there was a language barrier between saga and the doctor, so I spoke to sage I was told to pay the doctor and then claim when we got home we did this and paid 150 lev. I tried to claim back but because I could not provide the phone number that the doctor in Bulgaria used to ring saga on I was not entitled to claim.
Would not use this company.
