“Disappointing service.”

Flowers were for a birthday delivery. Order was placed 2 days prior. On the day of, we got a call that they could not "find a florist" to deliver, despite the fact that there are several florists in the neighborhood.
They said they would take 40% off our "next order". What next order? Get real!
The next day they called and said they made the delivery, but could not get the arrangement we picked out.
"Happy day after your birthday! These are sorta like the flowers we picked out for you".
