“AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID”

Moved in 28th Febuary,(brand new build) flooded within 4 hours of moving in, gravel, bricks and baby wipes found in the pipes on inspection, All cleaned out and 6 days later flooded again carpets flooring skirting doors all destroyed, we have been here 3 months you can fit you're fingers between window frames, TV a satellite connections not working (cheap fittings from Persimmon) Unable to run a hot bath unless filling buckets and endless kettles, all 6 flats in the block having same problems, including main stair door that's fell clean off on two occasions,
At no point were we informed that we would be unable to have a bath, we were told that persimmon have capped the temperature as they have had an incident with one casualty (this is there excuse) worst move we ever made, lovely area nice and quiet lovely neighbours and a house from hell,
going to rename the block to Faulty Towers :( So glad we didn't buy this property.
