“They damaged my car”

When we got our car back, it was damaged in two places. The driver acknowledged this and in follow up email, they apologised, but have now gone silent. They do not return phone calls or emails and I have a damaged car. Absolutely no sign of them trying to explain how they will fix it, just total silence.
