“Avoid like the plague”

I have purchased several bottles for a birthday present and had nothing but probelems with this company. Wine did not arrive and then was resent (supposedly) and still did not turn up! In the end I have received 3 out of the 4 bottles ordered but now there is absolutely no response from them or any sign of a refund!

This is probably the worst experience I have had with any online retailer!
