I got these baby monitors when i was pregnant and they worked fine until after 4 months of use then they became intermittent when linking and I was unable to get them to link sometimes, so I took back to mother care, the assistant told me that I couldn't have an exchange as they sometimes work, I did get a little irritated and explained that I need them to work all the time otherwise it is not safe, they said as they can not see them not working then they can not do anything, I explained that how would they know when they were not linking as I cannot ring them and get someone round to check as no one would come, they said I could send them off to manufacture to see if they can fix them, I explained that I would then not have any monitors. After arguing that they were under warranty and that I went to mother care as they are meant to be all about baby care and safety and this was unacceptable they accepted to exchange but it why does it take an argument and 30 minutes or more to get anywhere with them.
