“Do not use at all costs no customer after care ”

Booked a holiday thro global hoppers, to cut a long story short it was to a hotel we previously stayed in, but this time we were taking our young children, we were sold on the phone at an extra cost a sea view room. When we arrived we did not get we got a bigger quad room Not sea view, we called global hoppers who said it we did book a quad room with the request of a sea view - no chance would I have paid extra unless I was guaranteed the sea view trust me, they said they'd review the original phone call and to have a lovely holiday it would be resolved on our return, so we paid £100 extra (again) for sea view room at the hotel, on our return called global hoppers aprox 6-8 times to speak to a specific person ( who's name I honestly believe to be a code for complaint department as they are all have foreign accents) he was on dinner on holiday day off etc all in one day then spoke eventually with extremely rude stern man who told me he had reviewed the call and I did not book sea view you book quad room at very good cost you have no ground to complain to me you had a lovely holiday good bye and hung up, disgusting customer service don't trust these guys at all! I will be taking it further,
