“Big let down”

Had to get an important document to Italy after the death of my mother.
Took document to post office where I was given choice of the 24 hour or 3-5 day service. Given the urgency of the situation I paid more than double the amount for the 24 hour service.
It took over 3 days to get there, I so wish I had read the numerous bad reviews first! Well here is another one!
And in the words of the Who, I won't get fooled again.
