“First class customer service”

I bought a Barbeskew about 2 years ago and couldn't use as wasn't allowed to use in my communal area. I used it for the first time in my new house and the width ways skewers were not turning. I emailed them on Saturday and on Sunday Ed, the company CEO, called me and rectified the problem. Cant speak highly enough about their product and their customer service. Thanks Ed.
