ordered a top at a reduced price but was charged full price. Rang customer services who told me they reserved the right to charge the price at checkout, regardless of what the online sale price said. Looked again at the site and almost everything is marked at a sale price that doesn't exist and draws you in. Shameful behaviour for such a big store. They should be fined under trading standards.
