Booked a flight online with Spicejet that failed on the last screen, no email was ever sent. Phoned them up to check what was happening, the customer service representative (if that's what you can call them) assured me the transaction had failed. When I checked my account a few days later they had taken the money even though I had no tickets or even any booking number. Now, nearly six weeks later and with numerous phone calls and emails I am at a stand still. They are not replying to anything. Absolutely gutted that a company in this day and age can take from you in this way and seemingly not care about it.
