“Better than expected”

I had low expectations of the service I would receive since I've not really used any online services for big purchases like this before, and this is really my first "big" buy of anything, so I was fully expecting to get the same level of support and quality as I would from other purchases on other websites, but I was pleasantly surprised when I had a free game with my PC, along with all the manuals and original notes needed to "Do it yourself" at home kindof thing, as well as added notes and instructions so it was easy to set up the computer myself, that along with the continued service has made me a happy customer.
