I booked a holiday last year to Dubai with my Son and friend, I found out recently that I have terminal Cancer, I have been in and out of hospital due to me finding out how I did I have not been able to work, I missed the deadline for my holiday, I asked for an extension which I was grateful was given to me, I took a turn for the worse and missed the deadline, I have managed to now get the money to pay. I called up and was told I would receive a call back, I received a call and was put on hold. I then received this email which I thought was very harsh considering I have paid over a thousand and it was only left with £500.
"I have tried to call but it seems there is a problem on the line as you cannot hear me. I spoken to our aviation and hotel department and was advised that we cannot reinstate the booking anymore. I'm sorry I will not be able to help you.

I had no written letter or email saying this was going to be the case and I have not been told that I would be getting a refund for my money spent.
All I wanted. Was a last holiday with my 2 year old son. Who I will not be around to see grow up. Your company have robbed me of this.
