After speaking to a sales advisor this afternoon, i have now re insured my motorcycle for the third year running with MCE, i was also having problems getting in touch with the claims side of MCE, and she went above and beyond to find me a solution. Well done and thank you very much, you are an asset to the company, feels like you are a valied costomer.
