“Great solid furniture”

I purchased a chest of drawers, the wood is good quality and the craftmanship excellent.

The only downside was unpacking the chest of drawers and re-positioning it in the bedroom. The good quality of wood used made it very heavy to unpack and move around.

The handles had to be put on the drawers which was quite easy even though due a medical condition I wear wrist braces.

Maybe you could offer to unpack and place exactly where needed as an additional charge. I think I would have been willing to pay as it was so heavy to move.

Also perhaps should have been told handles would need some fixing, perhaps for an older customer this could have been difficult for them.
