“Please do not use!!”

Haart are awful. We rented with them for a year, they would ignore your requests when we needed anything fixed on the property, and would just keep passing you over to another department or colleague. My roommate was once locked out of her bedroom due to a faulty doorlook and it took them days to come out, stating it wasnt an urgent case. But when there was any rent owed they would pester you with phonecalls (we once were owed £10 on our rent due to an oversight, and recieved a call daily until it was paid. The worst though, was that they try to charge us a huge bill for damage done to a downstairs property when a tap was mistakenly left on. They refused to communicate with us or let us investigate the damage and ignored every email sent, just stated we had to pay the bill. Eventually we had to go to the tenacy deposit association who stated that the damage caused was a third of that amount. But it took a stressful 4 months to get it sorted, and the staff were bullying and useless throughout. From other reviews I have read this seems to be a common occurance. Please do not use this agency!
