“Awful customer care do not use”

booked a transfer from Rome airport for 20 March. We were delayed by an air traffic control strike in rome . I informed click transfers before we departed Heathrow and told they would alter pick up time. Arrived at airport and no transfer. Eventually spoke to taxi firm and told booking had been cancelled. Cost us 130 Euros for transfer on the day. numereous emails over the weekend but no replies. Booked another return only for the original taxi booking to turn up. I did get an email from click transfers apologising and offering a refund. It is now 28 may and still waiting. Next step small claims court???
