“Item damaged on arrival - no repair/replacement”

I purchased a Panasonic Lumix Camera from Eglobal. They shipped it from Hong Kong in nothing but a thin layer of bubble wrap.I was misled by their name which appears to indicate that they are in the EU. Needless to say it was damaged on arrival. The screen was clearly broken when I opened it. I reported this immediately and they asked me to send it back, which I did. They then insisted that I had damaged it and demanded repair costs! They would not accept that it was damaged in transit and would not budge.I had to go through a claim from my credit card, which was successful. Stay clear of this company.
