experienced problems using debit cards on-line. contacted Tesco several times telling them that cards were being described as having invalid numbers. they eventually sent new cards with the same problem. cards were not recognised by Lloyds, Halifax, kwikfit, hsbc, Barclays and dfs. decided to switch to Halifax bank and Tesco stopped the switch because all the cards they had issued and activated for us had INVALID NUMBERS. Halifax forced the issue a second time and we should be Tesco free by 03/06/15. poor service through out, not interested, failure to return calls absolutely no resolution to the problem because Tesco claimed all the aforementioned companies were at fault. absolute shambles!!!!
