We flew BA out and American Airlines back and both flights were excellent. We actually did favour the BA flight as the attention given was far better, the food and drink cabin service first class and the overall experience more enjoyable. We had originally booked BA both ways and were only aware that we had been switched to American when we got our final documentation. It was adequate but not really what we wanted so it did slightly upset us that it had been done. The take off times and arrival times were adhered to and in actual fact we arrived back some 45 minutes early which was a bonus. The only other slight criticism we would have of Fleetway arrangements was the change of our hotel just a few weeks before we went. The Cassa was well located on 45th Street and the staff were really nice, and helpful people, especially the man on reception and the Bellboy. Nothing was too much trouble for them so it made up for the fact that we did not get what we really wanted as regard to a hotel. We visited the original hotel, The Beacon where we had first been booked and it was a far superior hotel with more activities and the bedrooms looked to be much bigger. The Cassa was adequate and clean but nothing very special about our (small) room despite being described as de-luxe. However we spent very little time in the room so it did not matter too much. The airport transfers were excellent, being on time and reliable both ways and special thank to the person I dealt with for giving the 24 hour notice direct to them for our return pick up, as we were at sea at the time on a separately arranged short cruise. Overall we had a good time, it was a great experience and we are more than happy with the arrangements which ran most smoothly. Once again the person I dealt with was helpful in all regards and gave us an excellent and attentive service.
