On more than one occasion I have placed an order using an order code sent to me via e-mail, only to not have the discount applied due to small print exclusions. The last time it was a birthday £10 discount so I ordered quoting the code. On receiving my statement there was no discount. I started an online chat to query this only to be told that the offer didn't apply to clearance 365 items.When I expressed my view that this was misleading the operator couldn't have cared less. I have cleared the balance and will close my account.
