“Awful, over priced, won't go back again ”

I went in here as I needed to print off a project for a job interview - I saved the file town a few different ways just incase they couldn't format it for whatever reason. I went in and asked the guy who worked there for some help using the self service machines - he was abit gormless to be honest and didn't know what he was doing so I asked someone else. I asked if my files were compatible which he wasn't sure about ( it was a standard jpeg file) he then told me how much it would cost , I had to ask him twice as thought I'd misheard - for 12 pages in colour he quoted ... Wait for it ... £115! I laughed and asked him if it was printed on gold paper, he didn't get the joke though :/ .
I said that was too expensive so just asked if I could use the photocopier and print on normal paper - it ended up coming to nearly £ 25 quid ( on A3 ) I've never known anything like it, the quality was shocking. I ended up going into work on the Sunday to use there printers which I should of just done in the first place. I don't know how SnappySnaps gets awAy with it but I will be we use them again and have to my friends and family not to bother. I was blatantly ripped off and should of just walked out but I needed the print outs, wnt be repeating that error again.
