“Nationwide Crash Centre Larbert”

I do not often take the time to write reviews therefor this is unusual for me.

My dealings with Nationwide have always pleased me. On this occasion, the first one actually of my causing, arrangements were made for the collection of my car from my home and a courtesy car was left to keep me mobile,

Once my car had been booked in and assessed I was informed promptly when to expect my car returned.

I had booked my car into a short term car park for a trip to europe and the travel date was going to be before my car would have been ready. A few check were made with the respective people at Nationwide and a decision was rapidly made to fast track my car. I managed therefor to use my car without having to change any of the Car Parking Booking details.

Phone calls from their office kept me informed on the progress of the repair to my car - Great to be informed and not have to be the one making the calls.

I happened to be working in the area of Nationwide premises on the day my car was to be ready, naturally I called into pick it up. My car had been Fully Valeted and Has never looked as good since the day I bought it.

 the Reception Girls were really very Helpful, Courteous and Hospitable Very obvious that they an integral and very important part of the Nationwide Crash Centre Team as the front faces of this Company they present are very Professional.

I thoroughly Recommend this Business to anyone who requires their Very Professional Services.
