“Worst company to order from!!!”

I've ordered previously with h&m a few months back and the service and delivery was shocking, i ordered something for next day delivery and it didn't turn up for 4 days after i'd purchased this order. I thought this was just a one off, i ordered from them AGAIN Monday (wished i hadn't) and they took the money out twice and didn't even send me a confirmation email, my order says dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, the customer service is terrible, they all say different things and keep you on hold for 20 mins. I won't be shopping with h&m NO MORE and i'll tell my friends & family the same.
