After upgrading I had an issue with keeping my number and rang customer service who sorted my problem. While I was talking to them I was offered the option to use the O2 recycle service.
I accepted and the customer service lady asked me a few questions and within a couple of minutes I was given a price and told this would be honoured for 14 days.
I was informed that the price was subject to change depending on the condition of the phone and that if I was not satisfied the phone would be returned.
Within a couple of days I received a package with a bok to place the phone in along with a self seal bag and a pre paid label for posting.
Once posted all I had to do was sit back and wait for the payment.
I received a text message informing me the phone had been received and four minutes later an email confirming the phone was in the condition as I had described and that payment would be sent to my bank on a specific day, which happened.
Overall I am very pleased with the whole experience as it makes selling your old phone a lot easier than using any of the other phone buying services on the market, which I have used in the past.
