Hi all,
Afraid it's a negative one... BT have learnt nothing from their long history of terrible customer service. Just google them and you'll find plenty of horror stories from people who just can;t get a response from anyone let alone some action to actually fix anything.
Been with them a total of 10 days, tried to make an incredibly simple inquiry. over an hour later of truly shocking call center staff, I cancelled my contract in the 14 day exclusion period. I am now dealing with the CEO team - I'm not sure if it is incompetence or arrogance, but even at this level, nothing gets done.
Avoid like the plague as I can't think of anything worse than being tied to such a lowbrow collection of individuals for a twelve month contract.
I implore you to look elsewhere.... you have been warned.
