“Great service”

I've hired cars at Bremen Airport before so my first action was to look for CARO in the rental desk area. Should have read the instructions! This is a meet and greet service so having completely missed my greeter by the arrivals exit he had to come and find me. My fault entirely. Once we hooked up he led us to the car and went through the paperwork. No computers involved so actually much quicker than usual and before we knew it we were off in our rather lovely Golf Lounge with a mere 5k on the clock. Great car, I particularly loved the auto cruise that maintains distance with traffic all by it's own. Handing back was easy too. We were 30 mins late but were able to phone through to postpone the drop off. A quick check of the car and we were in the terminal. All in all an excellent experience, in fact better than with the onsite rentals (which is already good).
