“Appalling service, avoid at all cost.”

Appalling customer service, 20 days and still waiting for a refund on an item that was canceled within minutes or order placed so payment should never have been taken in the first place. Ignores emails and makes promise after promise when called, yet no action is taken by them. Will never use again avoid at all costs.
