“No response to mistakes made”

In early April I spotted a mistake in the billing by calculating units multiplied by tariff price which meant I was owed £247.76. After 5 phone calls nothing has been done. The responses I got to the emails I wrote did not make any sense at all. They obviously did not understand. I wrote a letter explaining everything fully together with a print out from my online account. This was scanned in and I received an email talking about resolution. Nothing has been resolved. I tried to phone this person who was put in charge of my complaint but had no joy. She never returned my calls.

I am so fed up as it is now 6 weeks and they are unable to phone me & correct my bill. What is going on?
