I filled in the spaces and followed the lead in order to book my flight. It didn't work the first time because I changed my flidhts mid booking and started again, but got a message saying I had booked twice and I was not therefore booked at all. I then tried again a little later and it worked.
I liked that it was clear what I was to enter in the boxes. I didn't like that I had to start all over again and couldn't correct the original error I made easily without starting over.
