To be honest I did not know SmartFares even existed until this morning while trying to book a flight for my Dad. I went straight to the more known sites I regularly use, but was very surprised to find that SmartFare had better pricing than most. Very straight forward booking procedure which is a PLUS and they did not require me to set up an account.
