“What can Brown do for me? Not much!”

I sat here all day waiting for my package only to discover that the driver assumed I wasn't home because my gate was closed and left without honking or leaving my package. When I called the Tampa, FL office to have the driver come back, I was told I was welcome to drive 45 miles to their warehouse to pick it up. The UPS agent was very unprofessional and extremely condescending. I will NEVER, EVER use UPS again. They are truly a joke!
