I had got my self in a bit of a state trying to hire a car in France but after a great deal of help and assistance from on line staff I managed to sort it out The on line chat people could not have been more helpful even answering the silly questions only one very minor problem I had to go back to them as my voucher did not go to my e mail even that was probably me being inpatient
