“AVOID USING THEM - Shocking Level of Service”

First contact was great with Hillarys blinds. Made an appointment and a specialist arrived to give advice and measure up. He explained that the next stage of the process was survey and fit. You pay 50% when you order and 50% when fitted - of course you need to be there when this happens so I paid up front to enable a family member to be there for the fitting
RADIO SILENCE
Eventually I get a call from a confused fitter who really wasn't sure what he was coming to do... he didn't call me back but he did turn up to "Survey". The first measurements were wrong. Luckily both of these "fitters" were really pleasant and apologetic and went some way to make up for the poor service.
On Monday I recieved an email that stated "we're sure that your windows have been attracting lots of admiring glance"
I don't doubt that they are - they are pretty nice windows but to be fair they still haven't got any blinds. So I called them and spoke to someone who works in "leads" I assume he meant "Leads and not "Leeds". He told me my blinds were being fitted on the 4th June - I genuinely wouldn't have know that had I not called in to complain. I asked him to email the complaints department which he agreed to do for me and said I would get a call as soon as possible.
I'm still waiting.
