I accept that I may lose the occasional plant when ordering through the post, but recently I have received a euphorbia costing £8 that was little more than a rotting stick; a bare rooted echinacea that has never sprouted leaves; tiny aquilegia half of which have not taken and fuchsia that I am having to nurse. Two thirds of penstemon did not arrive in good condition and have not taken successfully. Plants have been smaller and younger than expected and I've always potted them on arrival to reduce issues. Can recommend Crocus, Van Meuwen and recently, Sarah Raven over J Parkers.
