“Disappointing ”

We went to Pizza Express Harrogate for the 1st time since it reopened after the fire last year, The waiter was very surly no greeting or the hint of a smile and was impatient for us to choose our drinks and food, the dough ball starter was very nice but the base on the pizzas was rather soggy, no one came to ask us if everything was ok or indeed the waiter when we came to pay, We had a gift voucher and a voucher from my nectar points as we did not receive an itemised bill before this was deducted from the individual items we were unable to check this was correct, This was a very disappointing experience and therefore we did not leave a tip and will not be returning to this restaurant as there are so many superior restaurants in Harrogate.
