WRITE A REVIEW

“Very straight forward”

I was a bit daunted by the paperwork at first but this could have been because it was a very stressful situation anyway. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very patient and talked me through the claim process.
I was very disappointed, however, that the limit for one claim was only two thousand pounds. My cat was run over and very badly hurt and it could have ended up costing a lot more then this to ensure her survival. I would have understood if I had opted for basic cover but I hadn't.
