“Efficient and friendly service”

I have taken my Bulgari Quadrato watch twice to the Brent Cross store for a battery change and clean. On both occasions I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have worked in the luxury goods business for many years and I have found the Watch Lab's work to be vey satisfactory.
