Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you enjoy going around the houses, no none knowing anything, being ignored, being mislead, being lied to, being dismissed - then B&Q is just for you.

If you want a decent product at a decent price, with decent customer service and confidence in aftersales service, then (whatever you do) go somewhere else and save yourself the pain and heartache of dealing with B&Q - they are absolutely terrible.
