Can honestly say buying a fancy dress costume made what is supposed to be a fun experience an absolute nightmare.

Ordered online and paid for express delivery. Package didn't arrive and said to be lost in transit. Instead of offering me a refund or an alternative they made me pay again for a new costume!!! Once I finally got a costume the mask was half broken and the quality very bad. one or two members of staff I spoke to were sympathetic and politie but unfortunately couldn't do anything to help me. Manager was shockingly rude.

Still had no refund. Shop here at your peril!
