Where to start ...
Three months ago broadband connection problem started to appears. Approach of customer service when we called them was great but waiting on the line for technician over one hour seems too much to me. Problem should have been solved by resetting of servers or whatever they tried to explain to us. Problem still occurred so new wifi router was sent. Next two weeks it seemed good but broadband still fell down a few times per day. Continuous problem should have been solved by sending NEXT router which didnt help at all. Now we're just waiting for engineer who will come at some point during next four weeks ... internet doesnt work more than works.
Honestly, this service wouldnt be worth even for zero price.
Not speaking about the speed which has never been higher than 2.8Mbit/s download and 0.25Mbit/s!!!!!! upload (just try to send emails ... will take a few hours).
Solution: change provider and let your nerves relax
