“external wall insulation ”

Having external wall insulation done with mark group, a 3 week job is currently at 18 weeks. Customer services are non existent. When scaffolding was erected the blocked doors to the rear of house, but I was assured that it would be completed in 3 weeks so put up with it. Took 2 weeks for them to start job only after many many phone calls & emails. Contract States rubbish would be cleared every night. Lie we were left for weeks with rubbish at front & rear of property. Lucky a mix up with signatures for green deal voucher which covers half of the £12000 cost, which had to be signed before job completed means that they can't get paid. Wonder if they'll be prepared to wait 18 weeks for money. DON'T GO NEAR MARG GROUP!!!
