“Dissappointing, not Thrifty!!”

Appeared to be a good deal online but on collection of car was informed there was an additional driver fee of $25 which then made rental more expensive than car rental company we usually use. We never had to pay this fe the last time we used Thrifty.
The actual car was good & clean but additional charges should be in original quote. We won't be using Thrifty again. Its definitely not Thrifty!
