“Late, no food, no wifi, crowded”

Why do they think no-one wants food on a 6-9.30 pm journey. No food going, none coming back. No wi-fi- unbelievable. Female conductor very helpful as train late and people worried about missing connections. If I had a choice of train company I wouldn't be using this one.
