“You may die waiting for your money! ”

All was fine up to and including collection by the courier. Then you wait. Then you wait some more. Then you wait even longer. Then you get fed up waiting. So you ring them. But you can't get through because presumably other people are fed up waiting for their money. But you keep trying and eventually you get through. Then the nice person apologises and tells you how busy they are. Then they check and say there's been a system error? Eh? Then they promise to process your payment manually. Then you wait another week. No money received. So you chase again. Then the nice person says that your payment has definitely been sent. Then you wait a bit more. Then finally the money is in your bank account. Hurrah! From collection to receipt of cash was 45 days. If you think that's ok then use Music Magpie. If not, like me, don't bother.
