I would recommend Haven to a friend although I would tell them not to book standard accomadation as I feel this was really poor. Every thing else about the holiday was great and the staff in particular were excellent. Wall paper was ripped off the wall in one of the bedrooms, the bed in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Light bulbs in the kitchen were not working and the clothes line was broken. It generally felt really unloved and at the end of it's days. I suspect as we had booked a pet in our caravan that we were given one of the oldest and shabbiest accomadation units on site.
